Marsh McLennan

The Istanbul office of Marsh McLennan, one of the world's leading risk and consulting firms, is a large-scale corporate transformation project hosting approximately 400 people in a 4,000 m² area. The project, realized in 2025 with the signature of UDesign Architecture, aimed primarily to bring the identity of a global institution into a local space while prioritizing the employee experience at every point.

 A fluid relationship needed to be established between open office areas, meeting rooms, and social spaces. The different usage intensity and needs of each section made it necessary to evaluate furniture choices not only aesthetically but also based on comfort, durability, and functionality criteria.

Addo Furniture developed a holistic furniture concept throughout the project, from work desks to social area furniture, meeting solutions to waiting chairs. Arcano work desks adapted to the design language of the space, while Tana tables offered a simple and functional solution in meeting areas. In social spaces, the Incontro bar stool created a dynamic user experience, and the Must chair added ergonomic elegance to waiting and relaxation areas.
