Design That Brings the Japanese Gastronomy Experience into the Space

Bearing the signature of KUT Architecture, Kushimoto is a 2,000 m² gastronomy project that combines modern Japanese and Asian cuisine with a strong interior design concept. Its restaurant, bar, lounge, and teppanyaki areas offer an integrated experience that adapts to different times of day.

ADDO shaped the character of the space by manufacturing and installing all fixed and movable furniture, as well as the wood paneling, ceiling beams, and custom-made details throughout the project.

The most important element shaping Kushimoto’s atmosphere is the use of natural wood.

Wall coverings, ceiling beams, and carpentry details add warmth and rhythm to the space while reflecting the pared-back aesthetic of Japanese design.

All surface and joint details have been implemented in exact accordance with the architectural project through ADDO’s production and installation process.

Amber-toned lighting, natural wood surfaces, and a minimalist material palette give the space a sophisticated, warm identity.

Holistic ADDO Application

ADDO took part in the project not merely as a furniture manufacturer, but as a solution partner responsible for the entire design implementation process. All fixed and custom-made elements in the restaurant, bar, lounge, and service areas were produced by ADDO.

Through this approach, Kushimoto was transformed into a powerful, cohesive experiential venue that brings gastronomy and design together.
