Strong arguments for your health.
Supports blood circulation
Sitting in the same position for long periods can cause blockages in blood flow, put pressure on the veins in your legs, increase the risk of thrombosis, and affect insulin levels. Moving around helps blood flow freely.
Relieves muscle fatigue.
Muscles develop in response to the stress placed on them. Movement helps maintain muscle tone. This affects not only the back, but also the legs, shoulders, and arms.
Strengthens the spinal muscles.
Back problems are among the most common physical complaints that only strong spinal muscles can resolve.
Prevents heart problems.
Depending on the level of exertion, a healthy heart pumps 5 to 30 liters of blood per minute. Regularly alternating between rest and exertion phases strengthens the heart muscle.

An alert brain requires active blood circulation. This is the only way to provide the brain with sufficient amounts of oxygen, glucose, and other nutrients.
