Juan-Ignacio Lejarza

Juan-Ignacio Lejarza obtained a diploma in Graphic Arts with a specialization in Industrial Design from the San Sebastian School of Design in 1994. To strengthen his design education with technical knowledge, he pursued a master's degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering in Bilbao in 1996.
He began his professional career by developing technical projects for various companies and institutions in the Basque Country. During this process, he gained experience in product development, technical drawing, and design implementation by working in different sectors, including office chair manufacturers.
The artist, who also works as a graphic designer and information technology teacher, bridges different disciplines by bringing design knowledge into the field of education. Since 2000, they have been working as a designer at Sokoa, an office furniture manufacturer based in the Basque Country.
