LEGO TÜRKİYE VE ONARANLAR KULÜBÜ'NDEN UZAY TEMALI SOKAK YERLEŞTİRMELERİ

LEGO TURKEY AND THE REPAIRERS CLUB'S SPACE-THEMED STREET INSTALLATIONS

LEGO Turkey and the Repair Club have brightened various locations in Istanbul with space-themed 3D street installations. The project, carried out in Museum Gazhane, Moda, Nişantaşı, Abbasağa, and Feriköy, aims to stimulate children's imagination and creativity.

Known for its motto of claiming the streets and creating artistic installations, the Repair Club is now drawing attention with walls decorated with LEGO minifigures and building pieces. The project features many space elements, from rockets to spacecraft, and from planets to living beings in space. Supported by a special Augmented Reality (AR) filter on Instagram, these installations allow children to step into the fascinating world of space not only visually but also through an interactive experience. The walls come to life with this filter, transforming into an animation where objects related to space move.

LEGO Turkey plans to bring children's space dreams to store windows, not limited to space-themed installations. Children aged 4-12 are invited to depict the space they imagine, and these designs will be reinterpreted and exhibited by artist Dilara Akbal. By the end of July, the windows of LEGO stores in various locations across Turkey will transform into gateways to space with children's designs. These displays will also be animated with an AR filter, enriching children's imagination just like the walls on the streets.
