ICONIC HOTEL HILTON ISTANBUL BOSPHORUS, BEING REDESIGNED

The iconic Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, a symbol of Turkey's hospitality sector, has entered a major renovation process inspired by the shared history of the city and the hotel.

Opened as the first modern hotel built in Europe after World War II, Hilton Istanbul has witnessed countless historical moments, from the James Bond film featuring Sean Connery to the city's first disco in the 1970s. The hotel's renovation aims to blend its historical heritage with modern elegance.

The redesign of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus includes a complete renovation of the rooms, lobby, restaurant, and other areas. The new lobby, inspired by Sophia Loren's sapphire necklace, welcomes guests with elegant sophistication. The renovation encompasses many innovations, such as redesigned 38 suites, state-of-the-art rooms, a renovated outdoor pool and health club facilities, a new restaurant with a garden terrace, and multipurpose meeting spaces.

The redesign project serves as a tribute to the hotel's rich history. It carries traces of famous personalities who stayed here and significant events that took place. The hotel, which has hosted renowned figures like Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, and Muhammad Ali, continues to be a center of culture, art, and luxury with its renewed jazz bar and areas designed for both relaxation and business. The renovation project, managed by the famous design studio Autoban, is planned to be completed in 2025.
